An end user customer portal which all of our resellers will now have access to. The Connected Hub is a generic brand with no reference to Zest4.
Our resellers can create customer groups in The Connected Hub and create end user access for customers to view the status of their numbers and self serve for bars, unbars and SIM changes.
They can also get a view on usage to date but no financial information is displayed as that comes from your invoicing.
We are also happy to announce the launch of our APIs to link directly into your billing system and / or customer portal for our resellers who would like to provide more self-service functionality to their end user customers.

Thereby giving your teams the ability to service your customers via your own portals, or providing your end user customers the ability to perform these functions themselves dependent on your customer portal functionality.

As these are new functions which give you and your customers greater access, we have updated our terms and conditions to reflect this.
