For all Zest4 Out of Hours support call 0161 956 3300 and listen to the options to select the relevant service and associated support. O2 and Vodafone mobile connections can be barred/unbarred and SIM Swapped via the Self- Service section of the Customer Portal – zest4customers.com – 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. Managed M2M connections can also be suspended/unsuspended 24/7 via the relevant M2M Monitoring portal, subject to user permission levels.
