Experiencing a fault?
You can easily manage your account online with our support ticket functionality where you can check service availability, request changes to existing services and report faults.
To raise a support ticket head to the Zest4 Customer Portal click on the ‘Self Service’ tab and select ‘Support Tickets’.
All support tickets for Cloud and Connectivity products have the prefix ‘C&C’. Simply type this into the search bar and you will be presented with a list of available tickets.
Once you have raised a support ticket you will receive confirmation that we are working on your enquiry and your ticket will be updated as we work through it to completion / resolution. If your query is not covered by any of the support tickets please select the closest matching or e-mail: email@example.com.
